Spencer Grammer (born and raised in California) is the son of Kelsey Grammer. Spencer Grammer was born and lived in Los Angeles California. She is the child of actress Kelsey Grammer. Helene Fischer is the daughter of Peter Fischer (then the Soviet Union) and Maria Fischer. Her birthplace was on the Siberian coastline in Krasnoyarsk in Russia. Her father was a teacher of physical education and her mum was an engineer professor at a university. Joseph Stalin expelled Volga Germans who were her paternal grandparents, to Siberia in the wake of the exile in 1941. When she was four years young, she immigrated from Russia to Germany's West as did her parents. She was six years older than her sister. joined her. When she graduated from school Helene Fischer attended her first class at Frankfurt Stage & Musical School for three years where she was trained in acting and singing.
